At Kohinoor Arena LLP, we aim to provide the best service experience to our users.
- Subscription Purchases
Once a subscription is successfully purchased, it is non-refundable. Users are responsible for reviewing the plan details before completing the payment. - Accidental Payments / Duplicate Transactions
If you believe a payment has been made by mistake or duplicated, please contact us at kohinoorarena@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, we may issue a refund for duplicate or failed transactions. - Service Non-Delivery
If the subscription features are not activated after successful payment, users may request assistance or refund by writing to kohinoorarena@gmail.com . Refunds will be processed only if the issue is verified on our side. - Cancellations
Users cannot cancel the subscription once purchased . No refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Access will remain available until the subscription period ends. - Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
